Team Training projects for January

Morning Earlier this month Kerry and I held our joint team training at Whitminster Village Hall. I am going to share with you my two projects of the night and the upscaled version of the card. First this is the card. I wonder if you can tell me what the pattern paper is? The first person to guess correct will receive a little gift from me, so I really would love to have some comments. You will see that I have used the new bow builder punch, the greeting is from the Best Day Ever stamp set and has been punched ou with the bracket label punch and layered over a circle punched from the 1 3/4" punch.
Heres my upscaled version, on this card I have added an embossing folder, some Sahara Sand lace trim, pearls and some ribbon from the Best Year Ever accessory pack.
Now my 3d project was a little box, which holds a bar of chocolate. I have added some of the pompom trim and more ribbon from the Best Day Ever accessory pack. The box was created using the Envelope Punch Board.

I am still here..........I promise

Hi there............... It seems like ages since I last visited my blog and I need to make an effort to photograph and start regularly posting, because if you are so kind as to visit me you need to see some projects right? My camera is on charge and I have so much to show you from the last month. Firstly I want to tell you about a fabulous new kit that Stampin'UP has released its called the Merry Stars kit and can be found in our Autumn/Winter Supplement. I have catalogues to give out to all my customers as a gift from me, so if you don't have yours leave me a comment and I will get one to you asap. If you are not yet a customer just get in touch and I can tell you how to receive all the current catalogues from me for FREE........... If you click on the link on the right hand side you can view the supplement online. The kit has supplies for you to make 26 box's and I have a kit sitting in my craft room wiating for me to have a play....it's on my list and once I have sorted out my blog I am going to reward myself with some crafting. So since I last posted I have been to Brussels for our annual convention, it was amazing to be with so many wonderful people in such a lovely place, I have run 3 Christmas Stamp a Stack classes as well as a Gift Box punch board class and my regluar classes...........so there is such a lot to show you, my camera is still charing but I am not going to publish this post until I can photograph something to show you. So finally some photographs of my Thursday class projects last month. We made a lovely tall box and matching card using the Papillion Potpourri stamp set and Soft Sky and Pear Pizzazz colours. I really loved these colours together so I hope you do to. Right fingers crossed here is the box we made and also a close up of the pretty tag.
and now the card
Well it's only taken me 90 minutes to make this post. hehehehe Here's hoping I am going to get quicker at this, I am not technical in any way so things that perhaps take you 10 mins take me much longer. But hopefully I now have my camera sorted for making posts easier and pictures the right size as it has seemed hit and miss when I blog from my iphone. I will be back tomorrow with more to show you, it's now time for dinner and my reward of making a box from my new kit. Bye for now..............................

Join me in the Inspiring Inkin bloghop

Good morning thank you for joining me in the Inspiring Inkin bloghop.

I have a cute box and matching card to show you using some old products and showcasing some of our new in colours and products from the 2014-2015 catalogue which goes live on the 1st July.

Blackberry Bliss is my favourite new in colour with Lost lagoon and Hello Honey following closely behind.  The pattern papers are from a new paper stack called Moonlight.  A fab stack of papers measuring  4 1/2" X 6 1/2", you get 48 sheets for the great price of £6.25.

My greeting comes from the Chalk Talk stamp set and is framed with stamped flowers from the Petite Petals bundles, matching Blackberry Bliss ribbon and some pearls finish my project.

I hope you have enjoyed my projects....

A thank to my team members

 Good morning

At the end of last month I held a little gathering for my top 3sales people for the last quarter.

We had a lovely evening just chatting and eating of course, and Alice popped in with Kobe as Irene had not seen him.

Trevor, Christine and Donna were my top 3 sales demonstrators for the last quarter and as well as some nibbles I also had some cards and gifts for them.

Here is the card I had made for them.  This was inspired from a very similar card I saw on Mary Fish's blog (stampinpretty).  I love Mary's clean and simple cards and when I am looking for inspiration she is often my first port of call.

I love the contrast of cream and black and our Modern Medley designer series paper work so well here.  I used the arrows embossing folder to add some texture to the base of the card and then the 1" square punch made short work of the DSP pattern.  The butterfly has a large pearl in the centre and the greeting was from the stamp set Lovely Romance.

Continuing with the colour theme I decorated some gifts for them.

I decorated a pot of the Essentials Wooden Elements and in the glassine bag was a pack of subtles candy dots.

Well done guys X

A new team member..................

Good morning

I hope you all had a great weekend, it's Monday again and things start all over again don't they, for me this week isn't so hectic.  I will be designing all my projects for next months classes and events as well as focusing on my paperwork.

Last Friday I travelled to The Belfry which is just off Junction 9 of the M42 to meet one of my new recruits Sandra.

Golly it was posh, but Sandra and I had a good time, talking about her party this week, our regional event at Telford in May and also convention in October, and of course our love of stamping.

I designed a card for Sandra to use at her party and well as two up scaled versions.  Now she had ordered the Chalk Talk bundle in her starter kit, so wanted to use this.

Here is the party card.....

and the up scaled versions......

I love the colour combination of whisper white, smokey slate and pistachio pudding how about you?

Team training cards for February.

Last Monday was Kerry and my team training event.  It was Kerry's turn to design the projects, but I had to design cards for my top 3 sales demonstrators in February.

I had a couple of kits left over from card club, so decided to upscale the original design.

I promise you my very vanilla cardstock was straight, its just the photo quality!!!! on downloading.

Team training is great for demonstrators to get together and chat and craft...there were about 22 of us and it was great to meet new members.

Have a lovely weekend, I am meeting up with an old school friend later on today and spending some time with the family, which is much needed after a busy week.

A cute little box and card to show

Hi

I am really struggling with blogger at the minute, and usually use google chrome, which doesn't upload properly, so to post I have to switch to Internet explorer and everything just takes longer.....so I am going to try and grab some time this evening to sit and schedule some posts.......

A few weeks ago we made a cute box and card using the sweet sorbet designer papers and the envelope punch board, in one of my classes.  The majority of my class members have the envelope punch board and I am enjoying showing them lots of different projects, that they can recreate at home.

I think these two projects look so fresh and spring like.  I have used lots of sale-a-bration products as well as the petite petals bundle from page 33 of the spring/summer catalogue.

With the weather on the up.....and these colours I feel that I have a real spring in my step.....how about you?
