Diamond wedding Anniversary card

I made this card for my mum and dad to give to their friends later on this month. I was really pleased with the result and used the same layout as with a previous card of mine. The flourish image is from Elementary Elegance and was heat embossed with gold embossing powder. The mocha morning papers give the card a luxury feel.

The numbers were cut out using the big shot and then coated with Crystal effects.

Donna recently joined by team of caro's stampers and I sent her this card for her birthday and to welcome her to Stampin'UP!

I know she loves the heat embossing, so I decided to give the melon mambo embossing powder a try, isn't it striking.

Friday Class project 2

Well I hope you like yesterday's post? Here is our second project of the evening. Not my design this time I'm afraid! The card is case from Monica Gale.

I am so pleased with the flower and how it turned it. Not practical I know but ohhhhh so scrumy.

Friday Class project 1

Last Friday evening so my Friday 2 card class at Chapel Hay Methodist Church.

At this class you make 2 detailed cards and some times a bonus project! I love the challenge of designing this class as it's for a smaller number of people, but I can incorporate lots more in to it than in my Monday class.

Here is our first card. (completely in my own design)

I was so pleased with the finished project. One of my favourite colour combinations of Rose Red, So saffron and Wild Wasabi. I have managed to use the sale-a-bration papers too! This card has lots of layers and distressing and a little bit of cutting out! sorry Ruth.

Right I need to go and do some planning for future events now but I will be back tomorrow with our second project. X

Monday Class Card 5 and 6

Here are the last two cards of the evening. It was a really enjoyable class and the larger room we were able to have made the evening much more fun. It was lovely to be able to walk round and sit with my ladies on their table and have a chat whilst they were crafting.

Monday Class card 1 and 2

Gosh it;'s been a busy week and I still have a class tonight...

After a hectic weekend, Monday brought my 6 card class so I best show you what we made.
